Fair questions

Do I have to fund my wallet before I can request?

No. Send a request, see the watermarked preview, then pay to unlock it, from your wallet or straight through Paystack with MoMo, card or bank transfer.

What's the open tab?

You can have a small number of finished-but-unpaid previews at once (it starts at one and grows as you unlock work). When it's full, new requests need a deposit that counts toward the price.

Can I withdraw my wallet balance?

No. Wallet funds are for spending in Studio: designs, Cadence beats and Private Studio. They can't be withdrawn or transferred.

What if I don't like the preview?

Ask for a revision with clear notes. The first one is free. If you'd rather not continue, you don't pay; unpaid previews are removed after 30 days.

What happens to a declined request?

We tell you why, and you're never charged. If a deposit was taken, it goes straight back to your wallet.
